A new Harris study on Tuesday provided a rare upset for Apple as it was outranked in two categories for the best-regarded brand by users. Motorola outranked it in a large January survey of Americans, giving the Droid creator a top score of 64.4 among phone makers where Apple managed 59.3. It wasn't even second place as the study also put HTC (60.6), Sony Ericsson (59.8), and even Nokia (59.5) slightly higher....
