Apple is no longer permitting iOS app reviews by people downloading with developer promo codes, representatives for the company say. App developers are regularly assigned a limited number of codes to share with media outlets or anyone else the developer feels necessary. The problem, says Apple, is that some developers are "compromising" the App Store rating system through various schemes....
